Privacy Policy

Last updated: February 2026

MyMoneyLocal (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email us via the Contact page.

1. Information we collect

We collect the email address you submit to our newsletter, an optional first name, the page you signed up from, and your marketing consent choice. Contact form submissions store the name, email, subject, and message you send us. If you enable analytics or session-replay tools (Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity), those services collect standard anonymised behavioural data on our behalf.

2. How we use it

Newsletter data is used only to send you the content you signed up for and product announcements. Contact submissions are used solely to respond to your message. Analytics data is used in aggregate to improve content and site performance. We do not sell your data.

3. Calculators

All calculator inputs run entirely in your browser. We do not transmit or store the numbers you enter into our calculators. Aggregate events (e.g. “user computed a mortgage payment”) may be recorded via analytics but never the numbers themselves.

4. Data retention

Newsletter records are retained until you unsubscribe. Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months for reference. Analytics data follows the retention policy set in your analytics provider's console.

5. Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any newsletter email at any time via the unsubscribe link. You can request access, correction, or deletion of any record we hold by emailing us through the Contact page. We honour Do Not Track and cookie consent signals sent by your browser.

6. Children

MyMoneyLocal is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision.
